Fox News: For those not ready for real news...
Okay, sometime Friday night I was unable to sleep and, flipping through the channels, I came upon possibly the most mind-boggling discussion I think I have ever heard. And, of course, it could ONLY take place on Fox News because, well, I'd like to think that the rest of the cable news channels know better. The topic of discussion was this:
Is Illegal Insider Trading Good for the Economy?
To which I must reply:
IT'S FUCKING ILLEGAL!!!!!
There were people DEFENDING this shite! This kind of discussion will only cause MORE people to consider insider trading. I can hear Kenneth Lay now: "Well, yes, we here at Enron took part in insider trading, but we did it FOR THE GOOD OF THE NATION. U.S.A.! U.S.A.! U.S.A.!"
Elvis had the right idea. I think I'll go shoot my TV...
